Monday #17: One Less



Stress. Holiday stress. Family stress. Work stress. Mind stress. Body stress.

And a to-do list that grows longer and longer.

What if today there could be one less thing to cause you stress? One less thing to do? What  would it feel like to take one thing off that list?

TRY THIS WEEK: Make it one less.
